"Innovation in processed fish”

The global approach is the INNOVATION IN THE FISH PROCESS. Our intention is to preserve the quality of the catch fishing products. On one side, on board, diminishing the handling of the products and adding a value with new technologies of processing and elaborating and, on the other side, ashore, innovating in the conservation processes so that the elaboration and process after freezing may be possible.

We propose to investigate and develop new technologies of processing on board, and of elaboration and conservation ashore. This Project pretends to preserve the quality, increasing food safety diminishing the deterioration of the fish due to the handling and processing procedures, as well as the usage of proper conservation methods.
